There seems to be no rhyme or reason to the current system. Some people get raises frequently and some don't get any for years. There is no internally public pay bands, no annual review / raise structure.

Some trainers game the system to make a lot of money whilst producing content that doesn't contribute to the companies success.īe fore-warned that this is a place that's really easy to get stuck in, you really like your coworkers and the benefits are in some ways better than other companies so you can find your self making excuses for real and impactful issues. Part of their pay structure is based on quantity but not necessarily quality. Not to mention they get paid REALLY well, even when their content performs poorly. It was definitely not the first time something like this has happened and it will for sure not be the last.

A trainer recently sent screenshots of private messages with another employee to the entire company because he was upset that they asked him to finish uncompleted work. You are basically expected to treat them like royalty and they get no repercussions for being disrespectful or not doing their job correctly. Trainers also get special treatment when it comes to the way they act or treat other team members. The very few women that work here lean heavily on each other for support and when incidents occur, HR does just about nothing. Speaking of respect, if you are a women expect to encounter unchecked misogyny. It's almost non-existent, and those who are leaders do not seem to respect or value their team members, but rather they have a large ego and inflated sense of self and do almost nothing to actually help the team. They have all gone on to better companies. Not to mention the people who are leaving are some of the best of the best, people who seemed to love this company the most because of its people and the values it once had. So many people have left, multiple times during the week we will receive emails about people leaving. Employee retention is not something the company seems to care about whatsoever. They would rather let someone who is already trained and does their job well, leave and hire someone new and retrain them for several months than just pay the first employee what they deserve. When an integral team member leaves they will not do anything to prepare for their absence, just expect the team to pick up their slack. They will also expect you to do the job of multiple people to avoid hiring new people. On that note, there is no raise structure and it is unlikely that you will see an increase in pay while working here, no matter how much you contribute to the team. The company will try to convince you that benefits or the newly introduced profit sharing will make up for not getting paid fairly. You will be paid below industry standard.
